Family History

Angelo Inglima has been crafting delicious treats in Canicattì, Italy for over 50 years. Our story began with Angelo Inglima, who turned his childhood passion for baking into a lifelong career. His dedication to the art of pastry-making inspired his family, especially Giovanni, who now leads the shop with a modern touch while staying true to our traditions.

Our recipes come from Angelo’s mother, Maria, a skilled pastry chef with a deep knowledge of Sicilian sweets. We use only the best ingredients, locally sourced and seasonal whenever possible, to ensure that every pastry we make is full of authentic flavor and freshness.
